Troop 0966 Port Royal Yacht Club

Troop 966 is a year-round, 30-member, scout-led troop based in South Torrance. We meet at El Retiro Park on Monday nights at 7:15 PM in the Community Center and have scouts from Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Palos Verdes. We have been in existence for over 50 years. In addition to the weekly troop meetings, we go on camp outs, day hikes, backpacking trips, rock climbing and many other activities. We are interested in developing the boys and girls into responsible young individuals with good character.
